Year 3 Library Visit
Loving Loftus Library
Year 3 enjoyed a Roman themed visit to their local library. The staff at the library had kindly sourced all of their books on Romans and all of the children found out something new to take back to school. We were disgusted by the gruesome gladiator fighting in the colosseums and amazed at how Caesar was killed by those he thought were his friends! We had some free time to enjoy the endless variety of other fiction and non-fiction books on offer and were even able to borrow some books until next time we visit. A massive thank you Loftus Library for making us feel so welcome and a huge well done to Year 3 for their faultless behaviour throughout the whole visit. We look forward to our next!
